Job Description:

The Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Tax Project Management Office drives the rollout of Tax Regulatory Programs across CIB Markets, Investor Services and Banking/Treasury Services.  The team partners with Project Managers, Operation and Business Stakeholders, and Technology to implement regulatory programs.  The Program Analyst will play a critical role in this process.  The role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Partner with stakeholders across Markets, Investor Services and Banking, providing guidance and analysis, and helping to identify, escalate and resolve issues/risks/dependencies
  • Analyze data as required to provide accurate information to management and business partners
  • Contribute to high level functional design used across all business applications based on system build and knowledge of business needs
  • Leverage business skills and global tax knowledge to help improve client experiences with the Investment Bank
  • Document and communicate with all audiences in a way that is unambiguous and clear
  • Contribute to overall success of CIB Tax program management team and help drive to solutions
  • 2+ years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience
  • Experience in methods of data analysis
  • Experience in system and/or process re-engineering a plus
  • Strong client service mindset
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems
  • Tax Regulation knowledge (ie. FATCA, FATCA IGA, and/or CRS) a plus
  • Curious, self-motivated and driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent team player with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office tools(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
