The mission of the Asset Servicing team is to service Asia Pacific clients' Corporate Action needs across the CIB lines of business.


As a Corporate Actions Associate, you will analyze and interpret corporate action notifications. You will communicate corporate action events to brokers, traders, and middle office personnel, and other operations departments to ensure timely execution of client instructions. Additionally, you will research and resolve cash and share differences, and reconcile and allocate dividend payments. You will monitor and pursue dividend receivables, and correspond daily with other broker dealers, banks, and agents.


  • Thorough understanding of end to end  corporate actions processing
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  • Expertise with interacting with global depositories
  • Familiarity with APAC markets
  • Strong proclivity to ensure operating controls are effective and errors are minimized
  • Ability to set strategic direction for departments and influence change across multiple peer groups
  • Change agent with expertise in process reengineering such as LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Demonstrate ongoing level of excellence in communication, team building, and quality delivery
  • Exhibit effective and creative problem solving techniques
  • Display effective negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills coupled with independent and reliable decision-making skills
