What You Can Expect
As a Client Service Account Manager you will join one of our industry focused teams where you will deliver an exceptional client experience to our clients by facilitating their efficient and effective use of Treasury Service Products.

Your journey to excellence will begin by understanding client objectives and how they utilize our product services and features to meet their business needs. You will gain a deep understanding of products and services offered by Treasury Services and how they are delivered to our clients.

The daily work of a Client Service Account Manager is managing a portfolio of clients and being their primary point of contact for escalated issues and partnering with the coverage team and delivery partners and defining a path to resolve multifaceted issues. As a selected candidate expect to interact and partner with internal colleagues and external clients and be empowered to resolve routine or highly complex inquiries which will challenge and advance your understanding of Treasury Services product sets. You will be empowered and to navigate through the firm’s environment, manage stakeholders expectations and delivering satisfactory resolutions. You will educate clients and respond to questions and inquiries related to the processing, features and functionality of their cash management products.

After joining our team, you will go through a structured ten week development program with a cohort of fellow newly hired Client Service Account Managers to prepare you for managing a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients. During this time, you will be assigned mentors as well as interact with our Service Industry Heads and other key Service leaders to build your professional network within the firm. The Client Service Account Manager Development Program combined with on job training has been designed to empower our account managers to quickly become a trusted advisor to their clients.

• Hands-on experience
• Case Studies

At the conclusion of the development program each newly hired Client Service Account Manager will be assigned to one of our industry based coverage teams to begin covering clients.

We're looking for individuals who are client focused and detailed oriented to advise our global client base.

Key Qualifications:
• 3-5 relevant industry/management experience
• College degree or equivalent years of experience
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated professional that works well in a stressful environment team as an individual contributor that supports team objectives
• Creative thinker, decision maker, and problem solver
• Ability to handle difficult situations
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to be flexible with working hours when business needs arise
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Project management skills
