Our Team

 

The Account Maintenance team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Private Banking Accounts across multiple European platforms and ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory static data requirements.  We offer quality and timely service to clients, while acting as a knowledgeable resource for the entire Private Bank.

 

Position Description:

 

·         Updating client static data on various in house systems

·         Perform adhoc administrative duties

  • Perform gap analysis and regular data reconciliation exercises
  • Perform control checks on account setup on various systems
  • To ensure the team meet the monthly KPIs

  • Excellent organizational skills - attention to detail, methodical, process driven
  • Ability to multi task effectively
  • Strong Team player
  • Strong Microsoft Word/ Excel knowledge
  • Relevant experience in the financial sector
  • Ability to deliver to a tight deadline and remain calm under pressure
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels across all functions 
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Additional languages a plus
