The primary responsibility of this position is to be a trusted Technology Learning Partner as part of the CAO & Technology Training Team supporting Global Technology (GT) in achieving GT’s strategic business objectives, through a robust learning strategy that is globally consistent and scalable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Effectively consulting  with technology leaders to understand strategic business priorities and specific business challenges faced
  • Formulating the learning strategy by identifying needs, leveraging existing CAO & Technology Training solutions as appropriate and addressing the client’s training requirements
  • Implementing globally consistent, efficient and impactful learning solutions
  • Collaborate strongly with Shared Services Training Team including the Digital Learning Services in executing the training strategy, utilizing best-in class curriculum content and facilitation
  • Effectively partner with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Business Stakeholders & Other Support Functions in developing and executing the learning strategy
  • Building a strong learning culture across Global Technology by engaging and enabling business and technology managers, in developing their teams
  • Ensuring Global Technology leverages the Learning@JPMC learning platform to support employees in maximizing their performance and career potential through a variety of learning opportunities
  • Analyzing training results and metrics in order to report business impact to business stakeholders  
  • Staying current with the latest market training innovations / product offerings and being consultative by suggesting innovative training solutions
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
  • Graduate / Post Graduate, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services of which at least 3 should be in a similar role & profile. Exposure to current training methodologies is an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance teams in a project deadline driven environment.
  • Display the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mind-set, high client centricity and being innovative by challenging the status quo.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills & to be able to communicate with impact at all levels.
