Job Description:
As a Business Project Manager II within the Chase Auto Finance (CAF) Business, you will be part of the Shared Services Organization and closely partnered with our Information Technology (IT) teams.
A Project Manager II is expected to manage multiple medium to large scale, complex projects and initiatives cross-functionally from initiation through post implementation and provide overall direction for project requirements, priorities and deadlines as well as organize, build and direct the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion.  You will resolve project conflicts with affected management and resolve any other process and project issues to ensure that projects are completed according to time and budget schedules and the objectives conform to CAF’s overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clearly communicate project scope and details to senior executives as well as project team and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project tracking and required reporting
  • Actively manage project risks and issues to properly identify escalate and drive to resolution
  • Deliver weekly progress updates to senior leadership
  • Lead business resources to deliver projects on time and with quality
  • Partner closely with Technology to provide required Business support to achieve project goals
  • Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience involving complex business, operations and technology delivery
  • Auto experience a plus
  • Experience in delivery of large scale IT focused projects  a plus
  • Strong understanding of  business relationships, business requirements, IT requirements, technical solutions, test strategy/approach plans and test plans
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, communication skills, SharePoint and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables), Access, MS Project and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Agile methodology a plus
