Commercial Bank Receivables Junior - Product Sales Specialist
 
 
JPMC is a market leading provider of Treasury Services products.  The Commercial Bank TS Receivables Product Sales Specialist role focuses on delivering best in class receivables solutions for CB clients that leverage the collective capabilities of the Firm; provide a seamless, positive client experience, and generate profitable revenue.  Key focus of this role is to enable TS Sales to sell the majority of Receivables deals while supporting TS Sales on the most complex deals. 
 
The Product Sales Specialist role requires a deep understanding of Commercial Banking’s TS Receivables solutions and will assist in identifying and creating profitable, client-specific solutions in addition to tracking industry trends, market pricing and competitive intelligence.  This individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Market Readiness, Ops, Tech, Service, Business Banking, Regional Service Centers and other key business partners to structure deals, resolve issues and enforce CB Product strategy, pricing and standards.
 
In addition to structuring complex deals and supporting TS Sales in the deal cycle, this role will partner with TS Training to deliver detailed product training to the TS Sales, Banking and Client Service teams. 
 

The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level. 

  • 2+ years of Treasury/Cash Management or product management/development experience with some direct Sales experience preferred 
  • Technical expertise including creation and execution of client solutions
  • Basic understanding of the payments industry and receivables products and client management experience
  • Work well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives/projects/work streams simultaneously
  • Laser focus in understanding and articulating customer needs and turning needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • 10% travel required
