Job Description:

A Program Analyst is required to support delivery of end to end requirements for the CIB Cross Border program for the allocated work-streams. The CIB Cross Border Program is responsible for developing formal and consistent Cross Border monitoring processes and controls across the CIB related to the Banks international activities. These processes ensure that activities are consistent with global requirements and minimum corporate standards, and in compliance with local law, rules and regulations. This is a Firm-wide initiative with a Wholesale component that entails establishing a Global Cross Border framework that includes a library of country specific rules, control processes, monitoring processes and technology solutions designed to identify and mitigate Cross Border risk in the distribution of products and services. These procedures will ensure that activities are consistent with global requirements and in compliance with local laws, rules and regulations.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management of deliverables within CIB Cross Border program
    • Work with stakeholders to define scope, benefits, deliverables and timeline
    • Document deliverable plan and execute against this, delivering to time, cost and quality
    • Develop requirements, document test plans and execute testing
    • Communication with key stakeholders, including implementation plans and training
  • Supporting and presenting when required at CIB Cross Border working groups
  • Involvement in other key global, strategic initiatives, as directed
  • Proactively identify and resolve barriers, risks and interdependencies
  • Identify and communicate control gaps, risks, proposed improvements
  • Drive progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns.
 

 

 

Key Skills/Qualifications:

·         Experience of working in a project environment, with the ability to shape and deliver small projects preferred

·         Experience of business analysis including requirements management, test management.

·         Strong technical skills including data manipulation and advanced Excel user

·         Experience in Financial Services, Operational Risk Management, Control Oversight and/or similar role

·         Strong communication and collaborative skills and demonstrated ability to work across functions with and balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups

·         Strong presentation skills including generating presentations and effectively communicating to management preferable

·         Knowledge of CIB products (Markets, Banking, Investor Services) preferable

·         Creative and innovative problem solver, ability to communicate new ideas, and inspire support
