The division offers investment management across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds. For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services including trusts and estates, loans, mortgages and deposits.
 
We are looking to recruit a project manager to lead and support various projects within the Fee Billing space. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading efforts including, but not limited to billing system enhancements, repricing, creation of fee schedules to support new product launches, and global fee initiatives.  The project manager will assist other team members, as well as partners in the Front Office, Product & Platform, Business Management, and Technology in achieving their goals/objectives and to provide support for key initiatives. These initiatives will vary in scope, size, and duration.
 
 
As a Project Manager, you will specifically:
  • Manage project plans and timelines, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively provide solutions that deliver high-quality and timely results
  • Work closely with the U.S. Senior Business Management team on the tracking and execution of projects impacting the Private Bank business and client and advisor experience
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with project stakeholders
  • Assist in Drafting business requirements, test execution plan and UAT standardized test cases to be leveraged during UAT
  • Identify, recommend and articulate business needs
  • Understand policies and procedures to determine proper application and compliance
 
 
  • 5+ years of related experience required in project management /business analyst
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines and prioritize work in high-pressure situations across multiple projects.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter – able to identify areas to add value, execute efficiently, and influence change in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic decision making and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and quickly understand new processes
  • Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience required  
  • Problem-Solving Skills:  research, gather, arrange, compile, summarize and evaluate data in recommending solutions
  • Knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management 
  • Series 99 (within 120 days of hire)
