The International Trusts Services (ITS) technology team is a dedicated team to this division which is currently based in Geneva, New York, Glasgow and Bangalore. The team is responsible for maintaining the current technology infrastructure, development of any risk and
regulatory requirements and implementing the new data strategy platform. The ITS Microgen 5Series system implementation is a key strategic business initiative to implement a trust accounting platform and develop the ability to aggregate client data that is maintained at internal and external custodians within a single tool. The tech team is the true product owner setting the priorities and schedules and employees are empowered and given time to learn and to innovate.
The successful candidate will lead the DevOps adoption for the ITS team as it relates to supporting to the strategic Microgen 5Series platform. The individual will have to implement secure and appropriate monitoring tools and work with the existing App Dev / Infrastructure teams to
setup infrastructure and maintain applications for both legacy and strategic ITS platforms. There will be a need to be periodically review the support and stability of the platforms with senior front office and Operations stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to partake actively in development for new initiatives.

This role requires This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Work with application support to implement/deploy solutions to support the strategic ITS platform.
• Work with the App Dev and support teams to implement DevOps and track metrics to gauge DevOps maturity and effectiveness.
• Work with the vendor to raise enhancements to enable the effective automated deployments and monitoring.
• Daily Support for existing ITS legacy platform.
• Collaborate with the ITS team distributed over Geneva, Nassau, New York, Glasgow
• Proficiency in Java, Informatica, VB6 and Autosys
• Excellent hands on expertise in scripting languages like Python and Perl
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL (i.e. MS SQL Server or Sybase)
• Experience with DevOps and leading the support of large critical platforms having both batch and online components
