Team Description
The EMEA Corporate Sales coverage team is part of the Global Corporate Bank and responsible for all EMEA headquartered Corporates.  The TS Sales role and responsibility combines managing existing client relationships and building new business.  The team works closely with the various TS product areas of Core Cash, Liquidity Management, FX, Escrow, as well as Merchant Services and Commercial Card product teams.
The MENAT TS Corporate Sales Team is located in Dubai and Riyadh and supports Global Cash & Liquidity Management needs of J.P. Morgan’s Corporate clients headquartered across Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.
The team is accountable for sales initiatives to increase JPMorgan's Cash & Liquidity Management revenues and bottom-line contribution. This includes delivery of the firm to the MENAT Headquartered corporate client franchise and growing cross-border revenues.
Job Description
Based in Riyadh, and reporting to the MENAT Head of TS Sales, this position is within the TS Corporate Sales Team covering Saudi Arabian headquartered corporate clients as well as Inbound MNC clients.  As part of TS front office team in MENAT, the TS Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships and TS sales. This will also include responsibilities such as client and market intelligence for new and existing clients along with Know Your Customer (KYC), on-boarding, deal execution, preparing client materials and other related matters.
The TS Sales Associate position provides the candidate with an opportunity to obtain TS front office experience interacting with Product, Customer Service, Implementation and other functions.   
The Riyadh based TS Sales Associate is part of a wider team of Sales associates in EMEA and will interact, learn and develop with them
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
  • Understanding the clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
  • Assisting with call preparation/follow-up, customer research, and pitch books
  • Coordinating product partners to develop solution
  • Taking the lead on RFP/RFI solution development
  • Developing an understanding of the competition's products and positioning within the client
  • Be involved in the preparation of client account plans, briefing memos and portfolio management reporting
  • Working on new bids including cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc
  • Lead the sale through documentation coordination/negotiation and smooth handoff to implementation team
  • Prepare and review marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end deal management process, mastering the use of the implementation tools
Client/Market Intelligence
  • Set up and maintain client data
  • Run client-focused internal projects
  • Analyse key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver reports to senior management
  • Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients
  • Keeping abreast of ongoing developments in the areas impacting Saudi headquartered clients, such as regulatory developments, political background or market trends in the industry
  • Partner with internal teams in their annual client account planning process to provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by region 
Process Improvement 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant partners (TS Implementation, TS Product Management, Customer Service) to deliver to the business
Your Background:
  • Strong organisational & planning skills and a track record of accurate execution
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to adapt to internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated career progression proving ability and desire to develop the client and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales/Relationship Management role
  • Experience in a front office environment and regular client interaction/strong client focus
  • Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
  • Arabic language is preferable
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment, spanning global time zones and working hours
  • Able to operate in a matrix environment where you can demonstrate strong partnership in achieving your goals
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
