    Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management.
    • The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
    • Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for leading, organizing and directing a major segment of the business operations area for client onboarding and maintenance. Responsible for the management of FINRA licensed individuals.
    • Assists in defining critical success metrics for the organization
    • Assists with capacity forecasting and triage/staff alignment against measured delivery requirements. 
    • Assists with developing plans for managing peaks/valleys in support work. 
    • Ensure compliance with all department and regulatory (AML, SEC, DOL, FINRA, OCC) requirements. Evaluate and change current operational processes to comply with regulatory change. 
    • Work with the senior / executive management to assist in developing group-wide business operations plans and strategy efforts.  
    • Organize and lead a staff to evaluate current operations methods and strategies and implement change and improvements
    • Responsible for the direction, training, and development of subordinate managers.  
    • Recommending and implementing technology enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems. 
    • Responsible for managing resources and operating expenses. 
    • Responsible for analyzing operations and efficiency of the unit.
    • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24; in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements
    • Minimum 5 years experience in brokerage operations; strong business and investment acumen
    • Proven experience in a leadership capacity
    • Problem solving skills-candidate must display exceptional judgment and the ability to identify key issues, obtain appropriate information for further analysis, and develop actionable recommendations
    • Demonstrated ability to network, partner, and influence leaders in various parts of the organization in order to move the business forward
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must be proficient in MS Applications Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Bachelors degree preferred
