Position Summary
 
The Communications Associate for Chase Auto Finance (CAF) is responsible for internal and external communications for Chase Auto Finance, the nation’s leading bank provider of auto financing.  This role works closely with the auto communications team to tell the business story to multiple stakeholders including employees, customers and clients.  This role requires a poised, flexible team-player who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Some domestic travel is required.
 
Major Functions/Responsibilities
  • Execute the employee engagement plan for the CEO of Auto Finance, including:
    • Planning internal events such as town halls, site visits and offsites
    • Writing, distributing and tracking invitations
    • Overseeing technical A/V requirements such as multi-city webcasts
    • Sending and analyzing post-meeting surveys
  • Help develop and design PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
  • Manage the auto intranet site, including writing and publishing content and keeping all pages up-to-date
  • Develop engaging content – written, video, graphical, podcasts - to tell the auto story to multiple audiences using internal and external channels: media, social media, email, intranet, blogs and digital signs.
  • Produce a monthly analytics report: oversee metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness of communications campaigns
  • Work closely with other Auto Finance marketing colleagues, as well as other Chase communications colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated, coordinated communication

      

    Required skills:
    • 3-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated expertise telling a story visually
    • Graphic design a must including ability to create infographics and data cards
    • Experience managing a CSM (such as targeted email or Salesforce) to send emails and  evaluate effectiveness (such as open rates)
    • Experience managing an intranet site (internal employee-facing website)
    • Experience creating multimedia content such as video and podcasts
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Must understand the complexity of speaking to multiple audiences with differing interests
    • Strong time management and project management skills. Must be organized and detail-oriented
    • Bachelors degree required
