Asia Pacific Technology Management Office (“TMO”) is seeking an experienced individual to join our team located in Hong Kong.  TMO is responsible for ensuring Global Technology is accurately represented at both the regional and location level and we are looking for an experience professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Project Analysis and/or Analyst experience in IT consulting organization. Business Management, Project Management and/or Consulting in an IT organization. This individual must be able to effectively partner and establish relationships across line of business (LOB) heads and key regional stakeholders.



The APAC Technology Management Analyst will be responsible for driving increased integration with the APAC Business; helping to drive regional and location strategy programs and supporting the rollout of GT Change Programs within the region. 



  • Provide support for APAC Application governance at a regional level, including bi-yearly attestations and regular monitoring to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Produces and manage all relevant presentation material, meeting minutes, action item tracking or relevant materials to facilitate the smooth running of the Fintech Core Group/Exco meetings.
  • Serve as a single and accountable point of contact to build, maintain and improve the APAC Technology Client Engagements SharePoint and perform analytics and reporting as required.
  • Formalize presentations/training decks and to present to all levels of the APAC Technology organization. 
  • Participate in or lead projects to help drive regional and location strategy programs.
  • Undertakes any ad-hoc responsibilities as allocated by APAC Technology Management Office Lead.

  • Excellent reporting skills and presentation preparation skills for Senior Management
  • Experience in establishing and meeting objectives, tracking and driving location control agenda, and presenting progress of the same.
  • Proficiency MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint with working knowledge of SharePoint
