Global Compliance Practices (GCP) plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm's compliance mission. The Compliance function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies, measures and monitors compliance with applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally. Compliance teamwork closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment.
One of the programs within GCP is the end-to-end management of Legal and Regulatory Obligations that are relevant to the Compliance function. This includes the identification, evaluation, analysis, and mapping of Obligations. The Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer will be responsible for assessing Compliance’s adherence to established requirements and best practices. This includes ensuring that processes and controls meet the established standards of quality including accuracy, reliability, and documentation.
