Commercial Banking Treasury Service Regional Sales Center

The Commercial Banking Treasury Services Regional Sales Center Team is a leading provider of global; cash management, liquidity and commercial card capabilities. We develop, implement and deliver a full range of solutions that help clients with, $20 Million to $100 million in revenues.

The Role

Associate Treasury Management Officers in the Reginal Sales Center are charged to drive sales goals and portfolio growth objectives, functioning as the lead on smaller portfolios and as a backup on larger clients.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cash management and treasury products and be able to work with teammates, partners and other banking professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to the client that result in a highly satisfied client experience


The role and responsibilities are designed to allow an individual to develop the necessary skills and relationship for a successful career within the firm and to pursue more senior positions within the Treasury Services Team.


The final title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level. 


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Grow, develop and retain new profitable relationships in the assigned market coverage area
  • Optimize portfolio revenue opportunities and balance revenue growth across products and services
  • Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives with the ability to identify product extensions and growth opportunities
  • Lead discussions with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions
  • Understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & market
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing
  • Coordinating Credit Risk, Know Your Customer and other hierarchies with assigned Bankers

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in cash management, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions
  • Knowledge of Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures
  • Background working consulting and selling Treasury solutions to clients of parallel scale and scope.
  • Executive Presence demonstrating;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Record of accomplishment showing both maturity and accountability.
  • Ability  to mobilize and Influence internal networks and resources
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to navigate and meet deadlines in a large complex environment
