Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is a worldwide organization charged with delivering technology infrastructure to all lines of business in all regions of the world in JPMorgan Chase.
 
The Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for driving GTI-wide strategic programs and transformational initiatives. The team partners with numerous teams across GTI to drive organisational change programs and continuous improvement, aligning transformation initiatives to the Global Technology ‘GT Vision’ pillars – Optimising Infrastructure, Accelerating Development and Advancing You.
 
As a Strategy Analyst working in Strategy & Transformation, you will perform a wide range of activities in order to help create sustainable change in pursuit of organisational excellence.  These include thought leadership, strategic analysis and planning, facilitation, coaching, communication and change management across multiple global transformation initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Inspiring and monitoring organisational change through qualitative and quantitative data presentation
    • Writing content for multi-channel communications of strategy, delivery content and success stories to motivate the workforce
    • Developing and experimenting with frameworks and methods to increase engagement of the workforce
    • Strategic planning and delivery of key transformational activities
    • Working with key stakeholders from across the firm to maintain a unified vision and strategy across both technological and organizational transformation efforts
    • Working with employees from all areas of Technology to support them in continuous improvement
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Ability to mine and manipulate large data sets to tell a compelling story
  • Able to write good quality, compelling copy using simple language
  • Confident communicating across different channels, presentations, 1-2-1, social media, etc
  • Experience creating inspiring visuals, animations or infographics
  • An aptitude and passion for learning and sharing knowledge, particularly in the areas of organizational design, strategy, culture and team building.
  • Experience working as part of a team driving organizational strategy and change
  • Experience working in change management roles driving cultural transformation
    • Highly disciplined in approach and a laser focus on delivery
    • A completer finisher
    • Experience of working in small teams
    • Experience with programming languages (javascript, python) a plus
    • experience adopting agile and lean values, principles and practices is a plus
