The Business Engineering Project Manager Senior will be responsible for directing and managing large and / or complex programs and projects across the JPMorgan Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) organization. The individual will also have experience in the Agile methodology and to be a part of the transformation effort currently underway within CCB. The CCB organization spans Credit Card, Retail Branch Banking, Mortgage Banking, Auto & Student Lending, and other consumer-centric business units.
The individual in this role will be part of the Business Engineering group and will be assigned to manage high priority technology and non-technology dependent efforts with significant financial, process, and organizational impacts that cut across multiple business lines and functions. Key attributes include the ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors, quickly and comprehensively assess and address issues associated with supported initiatives, and the ability to identify and implement improvements within the overall project delivery process. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience and the ability to facilitate large scale training seminars, be flexible in moving from tactical to strategic focused roles and have experience in major enterprise change initiatives.
