The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) leads initiatives across GF&BM focused on automating manual processes using robotics and creating dynamic and flexible visual dashboards using a wide array of BI tools.  The CoE also serve as innovation leaders, continuously exploring opportunities to apply emerging enhanced automation techniques such as optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning (ML), matching algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP).  Sitting in the center, this CoE interfaces with internal clients (LOB P&A, CFO and Controller Groups) to source ideas around robotics, enhanced automation and dashboard opportunities, run functional and technical feasibility analysis, translate the ideas into use cases and partner with Technology to deliver tangible solutions against those use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with peers on the CoE team to provide planning and implementation support.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies in conjunction with Robotics.
  • Review standard operating procedures to ensure processes and requirements are captured accurately.
  • Work closely with business users and technology to perform deep dives and identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Communicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively to stakeholders and developers.
  • Manage projects by tracking and monitoring progress, risks and issues; be able to report on status and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful completion.
  • Educate and train stakeholders on the robotics SDLC framework.
  • Perform risk analysis and risk planning on schedules; identify and recommend risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Produce executive level reports using JPMC PitchPro standards.
  • Support various ad hoc activities.

  • 3-5 years of technology, finance or project management experience.
  • Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence change.
  • Excellent understanding of Finance processes and MIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of process automation software (eg, WinAutomation and Automation Anywhere) is preferred.
  • General knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Possess strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technology a plus.
