The Middle Market Treasury Services Team is a leading provider of
global; cash management, liquidity and commercial card capabilities. We
develop, implement and deliver a full range of solutions that help clients
with, $20/50/100 Million to $500 Million in revenues.
Treasury Solutions Sales Group Manager South
Solutions Sales Group Manager South reports to the Head of Middle Market Treasury
The role is responsible
for; managing/leading over 20+ Treasury Sales professionals (Texas,
Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas), developing and executing market strategy,
establishing relationships across
Commercial Bank leadership; Bankers, Client
Service, Product (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation
The Treasury Solutions Sales Group Manager plays a key role in
the development of the Treasury Management Officers and Sales Associates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead South regional team
of Treasury Sales Officers to deliver on business growth objectives
- Recruit, train, lead,
coach, and motivate field sales managers
- Monitor staff performance,
provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback.
- Oversees Middle Market South
Treasury Services budget, sales goals and P&L
- Develop, monitor and
analyze performance metrics to evaluate national and regional
effectiveness relative to key metric performance and goals
- Work with Middle Market leadership
to formulate and execute market strategy for Treasury Services
- Develop regional/district
strategies to drive key metrics growth
- Build collaborative
internal relationships; Coverage Leadership, Bankers, other internal
- Participates in partner
meetings and communicates key Treasury Management messages
- Cultivate larger prospect
relationships that are regional/national in scope
- Oversee the development of
actionable relationship plans for select clients.
- Manage, guide and coach
development of client proposals/presentations.
- Engages in a disciplined
marketing process and quality call activities.
- Manages customer
expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables. Partners
with the client to ensure a successful implementation of TS products.
- Protects the firm by
applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory
- Lead/execute special
projects and assignments as required
- 10+ years’
experience in Treasury Services, Financial Services or related business
years of management experience
in managing geographically distributed team, and managing managers
management in an outside business to business sales environment with a
documented track record of success / top performance
understanding with South region C&I Treasury Market
coaching, motivation and leadership skills; ability to network, recruit,
train, develop and promote field sales managers
to develop, drive and articulate strategy and vision for the team and lead
a sales force
