As one of the most-followed financial brands, Chase communicates with millions of social media users across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn. Our Social Media Team continues to grow and we’re seeking a Digital Designer to join our team in New York.

 

As a Digital Designer on the Chase Social Media Team you will:

  • Concept and develop social media creative to support Chase Marketing and PR campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and provide creative direction to various creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Test and optimize creative, messaging, target audiences, placements and strategize ways to improve our creative for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate across Marketing and Communications Teams to manage the editorial calendar for Chase Social Channels.
  • Monitor channels and route comments through the appropriate internal processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or similar discipline preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a design role, preferably in social media
  • Intermediate to expert-level experience with the Adobe Creative Suite; Portfolio submission required
  • The ability to execute on big ideas, write compelling copy, and develop thumb-stopping creative, which often simplifies complicated topics
  • A complete and instinctive understanding of social networks, social trends, and how they can be leveraged collectively to drive impact, loyalty, and engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to visually tell our brand story and present work back to the client
  • Familiarity with trends in online marketing, advertising, the interactive digital space, and financial services
  • Strong judgment and decision-making acumen
  • Proactive by nature and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
