Job Description:
CCB is seeking a highly motivated campus Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to become an integral member of the campus recruiting team. Campus recruiting support, which generally occurs prior to hire, covers the recruiting process from end to end for summer interns and full time Analyst and Associate hires.  Coordinators are involved with the execution activities necessary to successfully attract and convert to hire top entry-level talent for the firm. 
 
The goal of the CCB Campus Program is to attract, develop, and retain a diverse pipeline of junior talent who can efficiently and effectively deliver results to the CCB across functions and lines of business at JPMorgan Chase.  The Chase Leaders Programs support entry-level talent in building key professional, leadership and business competency skills through challenging roles, career management guidance, structured training and development and ongoing performance management.  The CCB Recruiting Coordinator role provides campus recruiting support for our Chase Programs.
 
The Recruiting Coordinator is the operational core of the overall campus recruiting function.  The RC manages campus coordination, interview processes, data and candidates, as well as event coordination for all of the recruiters.  Ultimately, the RC is accountable for the full lifecycle, event planning, tracking, people, project and data management associated with the hiring of campus candidates to the revenue generating roles of Commercial Banking.  The RC must deliver responsive service to senior clients and partners while managing multiple complex processes in a highly pressured and urgent environment.
 
Recruiting and Operational Support
  • Provide on-campus support of recruiting activities including attendance as needed, scheduling, planning, and logistics (rooms, food, materials, etc.)
  • Provide event support, including: event logistics (space, room, audiovisual) for campus and in-house events, track event RSVPs
  • Prepare interview schedules and interview packets for campus and in-house interviews
  • Coordinate with campus marketing team to request event and development advertisements and collateral for campus/in-house events
  • Send confirmation and reminder emails and/or phone calls to candidates and business in advance of events
  • Support and coordinate Summer Intern Program activities
  • Provide in-bank support of recruiting activities including scheduling, planning, and logistics (rooms, food, materials, etc.)
  • Process, resolve and reconcile recruiting related T&E
  • Manage candidate relationships including arranging travel, scheduling, processing of T&E, initial point of contact and pre-employment activities
  • Work with onboarding team to ensure New Hire processing is completed including; on-boarding/off-boarding, drug testing, fingerprinting, processing of sign on bonus, standard ID creation, correspondence, etc
  • Develop, maintain and enhance intern and full-time candidate tracking files
  • Manage, analyze, and summarize candidate data to produce reports
  • Produce ad-hoc recruiting reports to meet program specific needs
 
 
 
Summer Program and Program Training Support
  • Support the planning and management of the 10-week Summer Associate Program
  • Work on the orientation and immersion program
  • Support execution of the education opportunities throughout the summer
  • Support the development of a comprehensive communication strategy and for managers and summer associates
  • Support the development and delivery of manager training prior to summer program launch
  • Coordinate elements of the performance development process and end-of-summer evaluation and offer / no offer process
  • Lead selection and evaluation process of summers to full time offers
  • Support post summer engagement plan to continually engage summer interns after accepting full-time offer
  • Help execute on the training and development curriculum  
  • Provide support in coordinating the launch of training elements

Qualifications:
  • 2 -3 years of experience in an HR, training, operational or administrative oriented role
  • Prefer HR experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation
  • Knowledge of JPMC organization a plus
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability in work style and communication style
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives
  • High degree of initiative and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
  • Outstanding team skills are a MUST
