Job Description:
Marketing and Communications provides functional support to CCB’s Marketing Organizations.  We are looking to hire a self-motivated & passionate Demand Management professional to join our Marketing Demand Management and Execution Team. The candidate will be responsible for shaping and driving process transformation and adoption across all Marketing departments, ensuring that risks/issues are triaged promptly and that resolution plans are swiftly put in place. This will require excellent problem solving, team work, influence and communication skills.
We are currently seeking candidates who can lead end-to-end process for managing technology spend, resource alignment and capacity planning. 
 
The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions to those problems. Previous experiences in driving both strategic and tactical process and resource management improvement initiatives and/or management consulting project experience are highly desirable.  Specifically, the role will entail:
  • Good analytical and budgeting skills to recognize and interpret both historical trends and forecasts.
  • Advanced PC & Excel literacy to operate demand software.
  • Effective communication skills to present & discuss forecasting information with product and business managers and for senior management review.
  • Academic background may include studies in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Management, Statistics, or Supply Chain management to provide the appropriate theoretical knowledge.
  • Manages a monthly forecasting process at both the detail and aggregate level
  • Ensures data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations and assisting in developing corrections to prevent reoccurrences
  • Reviews and analyses forecast results in relation to business direction
    …Identifies product or market trends
    …Provides Business Managers with observations of forecast directions
    …Reports on Division or Product Family comparisons with Budget
    …Assists Sales & Marketing team with development of consolidated business plans
  • Establishes and maintains forecast performance measurement and evaluation
  • Partnering with IT Demand, makes recommendations regarding calibration of necessary resources based on sub-product needs.
  • Present new Demand requests to Product Owners for prioritization and ownership to a Product/Sub-Product
  • Coordinates with Business Managers to ensure the forecasting process is finalised to meet the information timetable for Pre Sales & Operations
  • Assists in developing strategies, policies, objectives in areas of Sales & Operations Planning, Master Production Scheduling such as Customer Service, Inventory and Lead times
