The Role
  • Supporting the production of the JPMBL ICAAP reports and ad hoc Capital Adequacy Assessments
  • Supporting the production of the Recovery Plans, and Resolution Plan inputs for JPMBL and the JPM group
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders in the different businesses (e.g., Treasury Services, Investor Services) and functions (e.g., Legal, Tax, Finance, Operations, Risk, etc.)
  • Working with the team on delivering multiple complex regulatory reports to very tight deadlines, in cooperation with a number of stakeholders and contributors across the firm
  • Developing a good understanding of regulatory policies and assessing their impact

Candidate skills profile
  • Fluency in English
  • Qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA) / MBA / Masters in Finance /  Diplom Kaufmann
  • Knowledge/experience of banking finance & regulations are essential
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of capital planning, ICAAP, recovery & resolution requirements a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
