As part of the Global Mobility team within the Asia Pacific Human Resources team, the successful candidate will partner with HR colleagues for various lines of business with primary responsibility for the counselling and co-ordination of the expatriates’ relocation process in the region.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR colleagues responsible for the various lines of business to provide recommendation on expatriate packages and to deliver solutions to meet strategic business needs around mobility
  • Counselling relocating expatriates on all aspects of their expatriate benefits
  • Liaise with external vendors on destination and shipment services, and address service issues as appropriate
  • Manage escalation and exception approvals
  • Day to day case management of existing expatriate population including dealing with ad hoc queries 
  • Partner with the operations team based in Mumbai to achieve operational excellence
  • Recommend and assist with defined projects as requested

 

Requirements:
 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service orientation, oral/written communication skills with ability to handle difficult situation. 
  • Strong project management skills and organization skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with ability to multi-task.
  • Solutions oriented and shows commitment to quality and timeliness of work product.
  • Sound planning, judgment, collaboration and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior experience in mobility related or personal tax compliance/consulting field a plus.
