Job Description:
As a member of our Technology Recruiting team you’ll hold a key role in an organisation that services a business of over 40000 technologists worldwide who build and maintain the technology that helps us safely service the world’s important corporations, governments and institutions.
This Program Management role will work across the EMEA Technology Recruitment team and with Technology recruiting partners to ensure recruiting operations and initiatives are successfully delivered. Your role will be critical in the management of the recruitment strategy and the associated program of projects and training.
Project Management, Innovation and Process Re-engineering
  • Work closely with the Regional lead and hub recruitment leads to coordinate the program of projects for the EMEA Technology Recruitment Team. As directed, steer the various works streams and drive their delivery on time and to budget.
  • Lead projects for Technology recruitment in the region, involve others from the recruitment team and the wider business to deliver in line with the requirements as set down at regional or global level
  • Provide a link betweenEMEA projects and Global Technology Recruitment
  • Build channels for harnessing innovation in recruitment, both in technology and best practice and managing these into a program of projects
  • Drive change and improvement, working closely with hub recruitment leads to ensure implementation and management of new methodologies
Executive Communications & Reporting
  • Provide high quality information to both team and partners. Analyse output to provide insight
  • Leverage Global Reporting to ensure global reporting protocols are appropriately followed by EMEA team. Ensure required EMEA protocols are incorporated into global standards
  • Work globally, regionally and locally to generate engaging recruiting information and materials
Risk, Controls and Vendor Management
  • Champion best practice and contribute to the effectiveness of the team’s understanding of and adherence to the compliance, controls and general process requirements of a high performing recruiting operation.
  • In partnership with global control partners, ensure current practices and procedures are well documented and areas of risk identified and mitigated
  • Implement measures and controls to manage vendor usage in the region and ensure that appropriate invoicing and monthly/quarterly performance reviews are being scheduled
  • Collaborate on the development of audit processes to monitor compliance and measure effectiveness
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to contribute to the effective management of talent pooling and communication
