Job Description:
The HRSD Analyst will work within the Argentina office supporting in payroll, accounting, and HR administrative tasks. You will also support the day-to-day HR challenges by ensuring transactions are executed and offering assistance in a timely, efficient and productive manner.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer service
  • Advisor in healthcare process, documentation matters, for local, expats and former employees.
  • Leave Management process (vacation, sick leave, etc.) through the Global Absence tracking tool. Update and control files
  • Produce employment certificates of different kinds needed by employees
  • Answer employee questions and concerns related to: leave management and onboarding.
     
  1. Staff onboarding/off boarding:
  • Partnership with the LATAM Centralized Onboarding Team.
  • Coordinate with GPS Team the People Soft Input (new hires, changes of status of employees, terminations)
  • Prepare information for payroll purposes and regulatory requirements (AFIP)
  • Preparation of contracts for internship renewals
  • Employee files maintenance and digitalization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources from leading academic university
  • Process orientation
  • Operational effectiveness
  • Able to prioritize multi- task
  • Good understanding of labor laws and employment benefits practices in Argentina is a plus.
  • Experience of working in an analytical role, requiring problem-solving
  • Verbal and written English proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines
  • MS Excel (strongly recommended)
