The Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase & Co is responsible for the provision of legal services to the Corporation and is organized by practice groups that generally align with the Corporation’s lines of business and corporate staff areas. State Law Team for the Home Lending Regulatory Legal Group:
The primary function of the State Law Team in Home Lending’s Regulatory Legal Group is to provide transactional, regulatory and strategic legal support for all aspects of state laws affecting the various areas within Home Lending such as: origination, servicing, default servicing and collection of mortgage and home equity loans.
