Commercial Card (CC) is a $400+ million revenue ($1 billion gross revenue) product organization within the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) LOB that provides card-based payment solutions to clients on a global basis. 

 

We are looking for a self-starting Project Manager for large-scale transformation initiatives.  Enthusiasm and passion for driving change is a must, as well as a desire to improve upon delivery processes and standards.


  • Project Management throughout the full systems development life cycle using Agile methodology
  • Develops project budget, tracks actuals against forecast and remains within departmental guidelines for variance
  • Drive issue escalation and resolution; risk identification and mitigation and the overall removal of roadblocks that impede progress of the project
  • Status Reporting
  • Defining, documenting, and communication of standardized Agile delivery processes to be adopted by various teams
  • Defining key performance indicators for status reporting and applying strong data analytical skills in order to produce meaningful metrics for managing Agile delivery
  • Liaise with management in key stakeholder groups (i.e. Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of work plans
  • Coordination across various cross impacted teams
  • BA/BS degree required -  5 – 10 years of experience managing projects or of relevant industry experience

  • Proven leadership qualities as well as high performance track record
  • Experience managing and operating in geographically distributed work groups
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management both in writing and orally
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate detail and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage through a changing business landscape
  • Ability to focus on key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion
  • Ability to build relationships & foster partnerships across multiple disciplines
  • Strategic thinker, results oriented, and self motivated
  • Able to act on own initiative, be proactive, reliable and confident
  • System knowledge and systems enhancement expertise
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include: Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exposure to projects utilizing Agile (SCRUM) preferred
  • Certifications a plus (Project Management Institute)
